Judy Carnahan-Webb, CEO and owner, has more than 30 years experience and is considered an early childhood education expert. She is a Master Level Trainer with the Texas Early Care and Education Career Development System and is an appointed Assessor with the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
