Our targeted audience are professionals/ individuals interested in becoming school administrators and center managers/ directors. Our goal for future leaders and administrators is to develop prospective candidates into well-qualiified and educated individuals who will possess to necessary tools to be effective in their jobs. We also provide specialized training classes in all 6 core knowledge and skills areas for directors/ administrators and managers that need the 10 hours of administration training required by the state.*WE ARE ONE OF ONLY 3 COMPANIES IN HOUSTON CERTIFIED BY THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF FAMILY AND PROTECTIVE SERVICES (TDFPS - CHILD CARE LICENSING) THAT OFFERS DIRECTOR'S CREDENTIAL CERTIFICATION.
FOR TEACHERS AND STAFF
Our training sessions are customized to fit the needs of the participants. We will will travel to your school or organization to provide staff development trainings, child growth & development topics, discipline and guidance techniques, social & emotional development, assessment tools and portfolios, as well as a host of other topics. We do trainings at workshops and conferences throughout the state. Please see our calendar of events fo rmore information on training activities. WE ALSO PROVIDE CDA CLASSES EACH SEMESTER (3 PER YEAR), which involves 120 hours of face-to-face instruction in readiness for acheiving the Child Development Associate Credential.
FOR ORGANIZATIONS & OTHER ECE PROFESSIONALS
Our experienced trainers have done specialty workshops for local, state and national organizations & conferences. We have also provided training opportunities at director's symposiums, for-profit and faith-based organizations. No training task is too small or too large!
